Eligibility for Returns
- Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition may be considered for return.
- Items that have been damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or improper handling will not be eligible for return or refund.
Inspection at Delivery or Collection
- All items must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery or collection.
- You will be required to sign a confirmation stating the items are received in good order (“as is”).
- Once signed, The Panel Edit is no longer responsible for any damages or issues that occur after delivery or collection.
Reporting Issues
- Any defects or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
- Claims made after this period cannot be accommodated.
